Finding Carol and John Stanley was more than my wife and I could have ever imagined. Carol went above and beyond in helping us purchase our home. Every question was answered quickly and being retired senior citizens we needed someone patient to our needs and Carol and John were not just professional and knowledgeable but my wife and I are happy to call them our new friends.

Its hard to put into words how truly amazing these two people are! 5 stars simply does not do them justice as they deserve a million! John and Carole recently helped me sell my first home that I purchased back in 2019. John went above and beyond when helping me buy this house, so when it came time to sell, I didn’t even consider calling anyone else. The sale was seamless with multiple offers well over the asking price and we were pending in only a couple of days. Now it was time to purchase my second home, only his time I was faced with a few new challenges. An unpredictable work schedule being the biggest. John and Carole were more than accommodating. They always made time for me even when I asked for last minute showings. If for whatever reason one of them wasn’t available, the other always was. Once I finally found the perfect home and my offer was accepted it didn’t stop there. We all had noticed a few repair issues that would need to be addressed during our inspection period. John and Carole were on it! They scheduled multiple contractors to come and quote the repairs that were needed. This was a massive help considering my hectic schedule. I just couldn’t believe that they were willing to go that far to help me. I can’t say enough good words about these two. I can assure you, whether you are buying, selling, or both, nobody else will work harder or go the extra mile like John and Carole Stanley!

I am writing a 5 Star review for John & Carole Stanley Team Homes because my experience with them was outstanding and I sincerely highly recommended them. My beautiful home needed to be sold quickly under unfortunate circumstances. With their experience and knowledge of all facets of the business, we accomplished our goal. They had all of the connections with the appropriate contractors so every step of the process moved like clockwork. They were compassionate to the circumstances and 100% trustworthy in things getting done as precisely as communicated. They also went above and beyond helping in the physical process, just wow! I can’t imagine using anyone else for buying or selling Real Estate in Salmon Creek and Clark County.

John and Carole are an awesome team. Their Knowledge of the area and the market help us understand what the current environment is that we will experience. Carole has provided us weekly updates and is in constant communication with us selling our home. I place my full trust in this team. They are forthright, honest, and very helpful in assisting us in all the stages leading up to getting the house on the market. With this dynamic duo on my side, I sleep easier knowing that all the bases are covered. They are great folks to work with!

Faced with the task of having to sell a family members house for them, I had a lot of pressure to do it myself as a FSBO. I was overwhelmed with all the details I was unfamiliar with and knowing how much of the process holds a lot of liability for the Selling party, I didn’t know where to start and had a lot of anxiety. I reached out to Carol and John asking them to meet with me. Their expertise and guidance was such a relief, and they understood our concerns, and relieved my burden by assisting not only with the listing, but finding needed service providers for photos, cleaning, and kept us informed every step of the way, with communication and became our trusted advisors. When we were in contract Carol was excellent at communicating with the Buyers representatives and assisting in managing our expectations of timelines & delays. I could not have been happier, and we were able to sell the property within the time frame we had to work with. I honestly don’t know what or how I would have navigated it all without them.

These two are absolutely incredible. They value every client and truly work with you to find the best possible home. The have great resources for anything home maintenance and their willingness to share their knowledge and help you fully understand the home buying process is invaluable. When we look to buy or sell in the future I will 100% be reaching out to them again.

John and Carole have fun upbeat personalities and great attention to detail. They listen to what your looking for and can give some great ideas to help make places your own. John has great references for inspectors and has great knowledge as well for helping you see things you could miss while viewing houses. Would definitely use them again for my future home buying and selling.
